Welcome to Cookie Ninja! We're a small, family-run business that bakes warm cookies and delivers them as a fun surprise — a doorstep "drop" with a QR code that reveals a video and a little game. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, especially the allergen notice below.
Our cookies are baked in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens. They may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. If you, the recipient, or anyone in the household has a food allergy or sensitivity, please do not order without contacting us first — and when in doubt, don't risk it. Cookies are perishable; please refrigerate or enjoy them promptly.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the delivery details you provide are accurate and that you have a good-faith reason to believe the recipient and their household will welcome a surprise cookie delivery.
We currently deliver within roughly 15 miles of ZIP 97267 (Milwaukie / Portland, Oregon), on our scheduled delivery days and time windows, subject to availability. Delivery days, windows, and the number of drops we can take are limited and may change. If an address is outside our area or a day is full, we'll let you know.
Our "ding-dong-ditch" delivery means our ninjas bring your order to the recipient's door or porch, ring or knock, leave the cookies, and slip away. We deliver to the door/porch of the address you give us. Someone does not need to be home, but please make sure the location is safe and accessible. We're not responsible for items left at the door after a successful drop (for example, weather, pets, or porch theft), though we'll always do our best to make it right.
Part of the magic is a short video of the doorstep drop, shared on a private reveal page for the recipient and sender. By ordering, you consent to us recording a brief clip of the delivery for this purpose. We keep these on private, hard-to-guess pages and will not publish them publicly without permission. If a recipient records a reply video, the same applies.
Tips are completely optional and are a personal gift, not a purchase. They aren't part of the cost of your cookies, are handled through your own payment app, and go toward the kids' future. Because tips are voluntary gifts, they are non-refundable.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time. Payment is collected when you order, through our secure payment provider.
Sometimes a mission includes a code to send the next delivery at a discount. Codes are for personal use, have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, and may expire or be changed.
Please don't use Cookie Ninja to harass, prank cruelly, trespass, or send anything to someone who wouldn't welcome it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for safety reasons.
We're a small family business and we do our best, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Cookie Ninja is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits anything that can't legally be limited (for example, liability for our own gross negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top.
